The Role:

• Conducting open homes and private inspections
• Liaising with prospective tenants and landlords
• Application processing and lease preparation
• Supporting the property management team with leasing-related tasks
• Conduct routine & ingoing inspections

The Person:

• A minimum of 6 months real estate experience – either in leasing or reception
• A valid Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Impeccable presentation and communication skills
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
