Position Overview:
We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic and energetic Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic and friendly team. You’ll play a key role in showcasing properties to prospective tenants, conducting detailed inspections, and supporting our property managers in delivering an exceptional leasing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct mid-week and Saturday open homes for prospective tenants

Carry out ingoing and outgoing property condition inspections with attention to detail

Respond promptly to rental enquiries and coordinate private appointments

Assist with processing rental applications and reference checks

Liaise with tenants and landlords to ensure smooth leasing processes

Coordinate key handovers and lease signings with new tenants

What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a leasing or real estate support role (preferred)

Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

A professional, well-presented manner

Availability to work Saturdays (with mid-week day off)

A reliable car and current driver’s licence
