The Role:

• Due to the nature of the portfolio, fluency in both Mandarin and English is HIGHLY desirable
• Showcase properties to prospective tenants and guide them through the leasing process.
• Handle enquiries and applications in both Mandarin and English.
• Prepare and process lease agreements and related documents.
• Support marketing efforts and attend open inspections.
• Build positive relationships to drive tenant satisfaction and retention.

The Candidate:

• Previous experience in leasing, real estate, or customer service is preferred.
• A valid Certificate of Registration (COR) is required.
• Valid driver's license & car
• Professional presentation and a proactive attitude.
