Here’s the Deal

We are over 35 years old and we’ve never had a marketing person before. (Yes, you read that right.) So we’re looking for someone brave, bold, and brilliant enough to build it from scratch. This is your chance to help shape the role, the brand, and the marketing direction of a trans-Tasman group.

You’ll need to be able to dream up the strategy and roll up your sleeves and execute it. Think of it like being a one-person marketing Avengers team. Cape optional.

What You’ll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)

Owning and managing all things social media – content calendars, reels, posts, and stories that make people stop scrolling.

Keeping our websites fresh and fabulous with updated content, news, and case studies.

Getting hands-on with photography and content creation – from job site action shots to behind-the-scenes gold.

Organising our presence at tradeshows and conferences – banners, brochures, and buzz.

Crafting and executing smart, effective marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels.

Creating beautiful sales aids and brochures that make our sales team look like rockstars.

Helping define and elevate our brand voice across everything we do.

What We’re Looking For

A creative, strategic, and resourceful marketing all-rounder.

Experience working across digital and traditional platforms.

Someone who’s happy to work autonomously but loves a team vibe.

Someone with ideas – big ones, small ones, and the follow-through to make them happen.

Bonus points if you love a good stadium or theatre experience or know what a sprung floor is. (Don’t worry, we’ll teach you.)
