Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Assistant Marketing Manager to join our team in Macquarie Park. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. This role requires a hands-on approach, with the opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand and market reach.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to our products and services.
• Enhance the brand’s presence through the management of social media, email campaigns, website optimisation, case study development print collateral, digital ads, and signage.
• Own the CRM system and develop automated customer nurture campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and conversion throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Ensure the local area marketing strategies are fully aligned with the national marketing objectives and brand guidelines to maintain a consistent brand experience across all touchpoints.
• Review and approve local marketing initiatives and campaigns to ensure they meet national standards and contribute to the overall business goals.
• Coordinate and execute marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, customer insights, and campaign performance to inform marketing strategies.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar marketing role
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
• Proficiency in marketing software and platforms such as Google Analytics, AdWords, HubSpot, and social media management tools.
