We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist with a flair for storytelling, strong campaign execution skills, and the ability to turn data insights into impactful member communications. This is your opportunity to be the second-in-command to the Head of Marketing, with exposure to leadership development and strategic planning.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Drive integrated marketing campaigns that engage, retain, and delight members

Help shape the communications strategy—segmenting by audience and channel

Lead content development and brand consistency across multiple health-related brands

Work closely with lead generation, product, analytics, and service teams

Collaborate with and mentor junior marketing staff (without direct line management)

Act as a trusted communications expert—bringing ideas, clarity, and impact

What You’ll Bring:

5+ years' experience in marketing, with a strong communications background

Experience in insurance, health, financial services or other regulated environments

Proven ability to manage campaigns end-to-end with multiple stakeholders

High-level written skills and experience crafting member or customer-facing content

Strategic mindset with the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
