The Opportunity

We're seeking an experienced Network & Systems Administrator who brings technical excellence while sharing our commitment to building a supportive, growth-oriented workplace. Your Impact

As our Network & Systems Administrator, you'll drive technical excellence while embodying our people-first culture. You'll architect and maintain secure, reliable infrastructure solutions while supporting your colleagues' development through knowledge sharing and mentorship. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement robust network infrastructure utilizing Fortinet technologies (firewalls, switches, wireless access points)

Manage and optimize cloud environments including Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft 365/Azure

Implement comprehensive security solutions including VPNs, endpoint protection, and identity management

Deploy and administer modern device management solutions across diverse platforms (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android)

Maintain effective system backup and disaster recovery protocols

Provide technical mentorship to help elevate the capabilities of the entire team

Collaborate across functions to address complex technical challenges

Support team members in their professional development journeys

Your Profile

Technical Requirements

Proven experience building and managing secure network infrastructure

Working knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, or AWS)

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Azure AD

Experience implementing security tools and frameworks (Cloudflare, Carbon Black, etc.)

Familiarity with remote monitoring and management platforms (Ninja One)

Strong background in backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning

Practical knowledge implementing Essential 8 security controls
