EHW Technology, an IT specialist based in Mackay, is seeking a motivated technician to join our team. This full-time position is available for immediate start.

The role entails providing onsite sales, repairs, maintenance, troubleshooting, and warranty support for both new and existing clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, excel in customer interactions, and demonstrate a willingness to work diligently as part of a dynamic and enjoyable team.

Required qualifications:

• Experience in the IT industry
• Superior customer relations skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Windows 2019 / 2022 server
• Proficiency in MS Exchange / Active Directory / Networking
• Knowledge of VMware
• Proficiency in Windows 10 / 11
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2016 / 2019
• Familiarity with Office 365 and Azure / Intune
• Understanding of VoIP & PABX Systems
• Proficiency in networking VLAN/routing
• Experience in desktop support, particularly in diagnosing errors and replacing hardware
• Experience in networking printers and scanner setup
• Valid driver's license

Experience:

While we prefer candidates with 3 years of experience in a similar role, individuals with less experience but a genuine passion for technology are encouraged to apply.
