About the role
We’re looking for a Junior Systems Administrator to join our expanding tech team! This is an exciting entry-level role, perfect for a recent IT graduate or an IT support professional looking to take the next step.
As a key part of our technology operations, you’ll support and maintain our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless digital experiences for our team. You’ll assist with network and server management, provide hands-on technical support, and contribute to system improvements. With exposure to cutting-edge AI solutions, you’ll also help us shape the future of online education technology. You’ll be supported by a senior systems leader and mentored across cloud, DevOps, and automation.

What you’ll be doing:

Support and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security

Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support to staff (hardware, software, connectivity, accounts)

Assist in basic scripting or automation tasks (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or n8n workflows)

Assist with cloud-based platforms (Microsoft 365, Azure, G-Suite, Hubspot or Active Campaign)

Occasional WordPress and Shopify site management

Manage software installations, updates, and licenses

Assist in monitoring system security and data integrity

Help track and manage IT assets (hardware and software)

Maintain documentation and support compliance efforts

Collaborate with vendors and escalate issues when needed

What we’re looking for:

Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field (recent graduates welcome!)

CCNA, Comptia, Linux certifications, Azure, GCP or AWS certification

Zapier or automation experience is highly regarded

Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud-based systems (internships, placements, or junior IT roles count!)

Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude

Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks with attention to detail

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Interest in AI technology and innovation is a plus!
