We’re looking for a People and Culture Manager to join our tight-knit team and build a culture that actually helps people do their best work, no fluff, no micromanagement, just real impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading Hiring End-to-End: Write sharp, targeted job ads, coordinate interviews, and run a tight, effective hiring process from first contact to signed offer.

Maintaining a Virtual Talent Bench: Build and maintain a virtual talent bench so we’re never starting from scratch when the next hire is needed.

Designing Smart Onboarding: Create and roll out onboarding systems that get new starters confident, connected, and productive from day one.

Shaping Compensation Strategy: Help develop and refine a fair, transparent, and motivating compensation plan that scales with the business.

Driving Development: Work with team leads to create practical development plans that align with business goals and give people a clear path forward.

Building Culture with Intention: Design activities and rituals that strengthen connection and make work more energizing, not just more “fun.”

Who You Are

It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills. We'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them. It's quite likely you tick some of the following boxes too:

3–5 years' experience in HR, recruitment, or people ops, bonus points if it’s in a fast-moving team.

You bring high emotional intelligence to every interaction, you read the room, listen actively, and approach challenges with empathy and clarity.

You’re confident navigating difficult conversations and holding your ground when needed, all while keeping relationships strong and solutions focused.

Genuinely excited about building a workplace where people are trusted, empowered, and supported.
