About the Role
We’re looking for a confident and compassionate People and Culture Advisor to join our close-knit team and provide high-quality, hands-on HR support.
This role is all about employee relations. You’ll partner with leaders across our services to provide clear, practical advice on workplace matters including performance, conduct, grievances, and investigations.

You’ll be a trusted point of contact for all day-to-day people matters, helping ensure our workplaces are fair, supportive, and compliant with legislation and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, practical advice on HR and employee relations matters
  • Support leaders in managing performance, conduct, grievances, and workplace investigations
  • Coach and guide managers on people management and compliance with industrial instruments and legislation
  • Assist with implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Support organisational change processes from an ER and compliance lens
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to process improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 5 years’ experience in HR advisory roles, with a strong focus on employee relations
  • Sound understanding of Australian employment law and industrial relations frameworks
  • Experience managing complex or sensitive people matters
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, organisation, and time management skills
  • Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related field
  • Experience in the early education or care sector is a bonus, but not essential
