We’re looking for a qualified and experienced Greenkeeper to take the lead on all things turf. This is a rare opportunity to apply your skills in a role that offers no weekend work, a strong team culture, and competitive full-time pay.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement customised lawn care programs including fertilising, aerating, pest and disease control

Calibrate and operate turf management equipment safely and accurately

Diagnose and treat turf issues such as weeds, pests, diseases, and soil compaction

Perform seasonal renovations (scarifying, topdressing, coring, oversowing)

Support the wider gardening crew with general garden maintenance tasks as required

Skills and Experience

Trade qualification in Greenkeeping, Sports Turf Management, or equivalent (Cert III or higher)

Proven experience managing turf in residential, sporting, or commercial settings

Proficient in machinery use, chemical application, and calibration (ChemCert preferred)

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and team-focused attitude

Manual driver’s licence required
