As the Grounds and Maintenance Member Leader at Summergrove Estate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the immaculate grounds and landscaping of this prestigious estate located in Carool, NSW. This full-time position will see you lead a team of grounds and maintenance professionals to ensure the property and its surrounding areas are kept to the highest standard.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate a team of grounds and maintenance staff to deliver exceptional property upkeep

Oversee all landscaping, gardening, and general property maintenance activities

Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure efficient and effective work

Monitor the condition of equipment and tools, organising repairs and replacements as needed

Liaise with the management team to identify and address any property maintenance requirements

Lead by example and foster a positive, collaborative team environment

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Grounds or Maintenance Team Leader, ideally within a similar property or landscaping environment

Strong knowledge of gardening, landscaping, and general property maintenance practices

Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Proficient in the use of landscaping equipment and tools

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

A current driver's licence
