MoreDent is seeking a Lab Manager to oversee operations, lead a passionate team, and help drive the next phase of growth in our integrated, fully digital implant laboratory — the largest and most advanced of its kind in Australia.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in a dental lab environment, with the ability to mentor, motivate, and develop high-performing teams

Extensive experience in implant cases and strong competency across multiple areas of dental technology

Strong technical and hands on expertise in all areas of a dental laboratory

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical matters to dental professionals and colleagues

Strong interpersonal skills, with a track record of building and maintaining trust-based relationships with dentists

High attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality work

Experience overseeing quality control, ensuring all cases meet or exceed clinician expectations

Hands-on and collaborative approach, with a willingness to assist across departments when required

Expertise in CAD/CAM implant restorations using le software such as exocad and 3Shape

Experience restoring the major implant systems

A mindset focused on innovation, process improvement, and patient outcomes
