Join our clients' thriving private practice as a Dental Receptionist in Hawthorn East, VIC. In this full-time role, you will be the friendly face that welcomes patients and ensures the smooth running of their busy dental clinic. With your exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional patient experience.

What you'll be doing

Greeting patients and managing the reception area in a professional and friendly manner

Scheduling and confirming patient appointments, and managing the appointment book effectively

Handling patient enquiries and booking requests via phone, email and in-person

Preparing and maintaining patient files and records with meticulous attention to detail

Assisting with billing, payment processing and insurance claims

Providing administrative support to the dental team as required

Promoting positive relationships with patients and maintaining a high level of customer service

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a dental receptionist

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and work efficiently

Proficient in using dental practice management software and standard office applications

A friendly, professional and reliable approach with a genuine interest in the dental industry

A team player with the ability to work collaboratively with the dental team

Ability to work full-time Monday-Friday 7:45 am-5:45 pm
