Mobistorage is a family owned business that has been operating since 2014. We provide mobile self storage services to customers in the Perth metropolitan area.

Due to expanding growth we are seeking an experienced Customer Sales Representative to join our team.

This role is mostly phone based with occasional face to face customer interaction. As the voice of our business your role will be to liaise with our current and potential customers. The role includes a mix of the following activities;

Taking inbound sales enquiries (no cold calling)

Sending quotes

Processing reservations

Following up and converting a list of potential prospects

Assisting with dispatch / logistics (when required)

Assisting with general office admin duties (when required)

There is no cold calling involved in this role - all our leads come via inbound enquiry from our website, phone and email. All training will be provided on the job.

The role is full time with 38 hours per week based at our yard South of the River near Cockburn.

We pay attractive uncapped commissions on converted leads and ancillary products sold.

To be eligible for this role, you must have the following:

Sales and/or customer service experience;

Be computer literate;

Pleasant and professional phone manner;

Great work ethic;

Excellent and friendly attitude;

Attention to detail;

Proven reliability;
