About the role

Aussie Outdoor Blinds Midland is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Part or Full-time Sales Consultant, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your designated territory

Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with both new and existing clients

Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products and services to potential customers

Negotiate sales and close deals to meet or exceed your individual and team sales targets

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the successful delivery of customer solutions

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities and changes in the market

What we're looking for

Proven track record of success in a sales role, preferably within the Sales industry

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers

Demonstrated problem-solving and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals

Strong time management and organisational skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software

Relevant sales or customer service qualifications or certifications would be an advantage
