The opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Flooring Sales Person to join our team at PARRYS CARPETS & FLOORCOVERING' in Perth WA 6000, based NOR. This is a full-time role where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of our high-quality flooring products.

Key responsibilities

Engaging with customers to understand their flooring needs and preferences

Demonstrating and showcasing our extensive range of carpets, hybrid, vinyl, laminate and timber flooring options

Providing expert advice and guidance to help customers select the perfect flooring solution for their home or business, including measuring and planning

Preparing detailed quotes and proposals to secure sales

Maintaining detailed product knowledge to address customer queries effectively

Contributing to the achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets

Providing excellent after-sales support and follow-up with customers

What we're looking for

Proven sales experience, preferably in the flooring industry

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to establish trust and rapport with customers

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to match customer requirements with the right flooring solutions

Confident presentation and negotiation skills

Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide accurate and timely information

A collaborative and team-oriented approach
