We're looking for a capable Site Foreman or Leading Hand to help take charge of on-site operations and lead our teams with confidence and initiative. This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about quality workmanship in the building industry.

About the Role:

Lead and Motivate a small team of trades

Read and Interpret construction plans

Assemble and Install structural steel

Assist with roof plumbing and roof and wall cladding

Maintain site cleanliness

Travel and overnight stays required (accommodation provided)

What we're looking for:

Experience as a Leading Hand or Foreman

Strong understanding of structural steel assembly and installation

Experience in roofing, cladding, and general construction

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans

Confident team leader with great communication skills

Strong work ethic and ability to see tasks through

Valid Driver’s Licence (Heavy Rigid licence is of benefit but not essential)
