About Us:

Powercraft Electrical is a leading boutique Electrical Contractor specialising in the commercial construction and government sectors. With a strong pipeline of projects extending well into 2025 to 2026, we are looking to expand our team with a dedicated Electrical Site Supervisor / Foreman.

Role Overview:

In this permanent position, you will report directly to the Project Manager and be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of multi-million-dollar projects. Your role will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordination: Collaborate with Project Managers, builders, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of electrical work with the overall construction project.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to all electrical standards, regulations, and safety practices. Conduct regular site inspections to maintain high-quality work.
• Team Leadership: Provide direction and support to team members, manage work schedules, and ensure effective communication within the team.
• Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or delays promptly, minimizing disruption and ensuring project continuity.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Licenses: VIC Electrical License and OHSW Whitecard are essential. An Open Cablers Licence is highly desirable.
• Experience: Previous experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or Leading Hand within the commercial construction and fitout sector.
• Skills: Strong ability to manage a medium-sized team, liaise effectively with builders, and deliver projects on time and within budget. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
