Positive Electrical Services is growing — and we’re looking for a skilled and motivated Leading Hand / Supervisor to join our dynamic team. You’ll oversee day-to-day site operations, lead and support a team of electricians, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.

What we’re looking for:

Qualifications & Experience:

Current A-Grade Electrical Licence (VIC or NSW)

Proven leadership experience managing teams and worksites

Strong industrial background with diagnostic and repair experience

Mechanical & electrical fault finding capabilities

Full driver’s licence

Bonus: PLC programming or refrigeration experience

Your Responsibilities:

Supervise day-to-day on-site operations and ensure job quality

Ensure all tasks are completed safely and efficiently

Take ownership of job timelines, budgeting, and reporting

Assist with preventative maintenance and reactive repairs

Mentor and supervise an assigned apprentice

Liaise with clients and provide solutions in real time
