The Role

You’ll be part of a small, skilled crew installing septic and treatment systems, laying sewers, and operating excavators and other machinery. You’ll be trained up to take charge of jobs, manage a team member, and eventually run sites as a leading hand.

Your day-to-day will include:

Installing septic tanks and wastewater systems

Excavation

Reading site plans and coordinating site work

Working across a variety of rural and coastal properties

Supervising a worker and assisting with job organisation

Interacting with clients, builders, and inspectors

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Plumber (VIC registration essential)

Some excavator experience

Good attitude and willingness to take the lead

Reliable, self-motivated, and able to problem solve

Manual driver’s licence (truck licence a bonus)

White card and relevant tickets
