Take the next step in your career with one of Australia’s top residential builders. In this client-facing role, you’ll guide homeowners through the exciting journey of building their new home—building strong, trusted relationships to ensure the process is smooth, transparent, and stress-free.

To be successful, you’ll need prior experience working with a residential builder, with a solid understanding of construction processes, HIA contracts, variations, permits, and project timeframes.

Internally, you’ll work closely with site supervisors to ensure timelines are met once construction is underway. Attention to detail is essential, especially when managing contract documentation and client expectations.

What we’re looking for:

Experience with a project home builder delivering 50+ homes per year

Strong knowledge of HIA contracts and the pre-site to on-site process

Confidence in your decision-making—you’ll be backed by management

Framework software experience is an advantage, but not essential

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected building company that values professionalism and client satisfaction. The role is based in Milton, so public transport is ideal; however, the office will move to Hamilton in October with plenty of parking options.
