Step into a part-time, flexible role supporting a commercial OC portfolio in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. This short-term maternity leave contract is ideal for someone with proven OC experience who’s confident in managing a small, established portfolio and liaising with key stakeholders. Hourly rate: $50–$55ph + super.

THE ROLE:

• Oversee day-to-day management of a commercial owners corporation
• Liaise with committee members, contractors, and stakeholders
• Address maintenance and compliance matters efficiently
• Attend to general OC admin and correspondence
• Maintain clear, professional communication across all touchpoints
  
  

ABOUT YOU:

• Previous commercial OC experience is essential
• Strong understanding of OC legislation and processes
• Able to work autonomously and manage competing priorities
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Available 2–3 days per week for the duration of the contract
