Join the GEMA Corporate Hospitality Team at AAMI Park

Gema Group is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated hospitality professionals to join our Corporate Food & Beverage Team at AAMI Park. With the remainder of the NRL season ahead and major concerts on the calendar, we’re looking for motivated individuals to deliver exceptional service and create unforgettable experiences.

In addition to AAMI Park, we offer opportunities to work across some of Melbourne’s most prestigious events including the Australian F1 Grand Prix, MotoGP, Avalon Airshow and many more.

We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

Corporate Duty Managers /Supervisor - Assist in the coordinating and operations on event days. Experience is essential.

Suites Stewards

Food and Beverage Attendants

Baristas

What we’re looking for:

· Previous experience in corporate or 5-star hospitality service

· Confident with 3-plate carry and tray service

· A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

· Professional work ethic, high standards of grooming and presentation.

· Willingness to commit to working nights, weekends, and public holidays where necessary.

· Current VIC RSA qualification mandatory for all corporate roles

· Available to work some if not all the following dates
