A well-established Nepalese & Indian restaurant is looking for a Qualified Cook.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently requiring an enthusiastic and dedicated Cook to join our friendly, committed, and professional team.

This is a Full-Time role (Approximately 38 Hours Per Week) which provides a great work-life balance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Inspecting food items to guarantee quality

Controlling the temperature of ovens, grills, and other cooking appliances

Prepping and cooking meals

Enhancing flavors of food while it cooks

Dividing food into portions, plating it, and enhancing it with gravies, sauces, and garnishes

Storing food in facilities with regulated temperatures

Preparing meals according to specific dietary needs

Designing menus and estimating food quantities

Providing training to other kitchen staff and apprentices

Minimum of 1 or more years’ of experience.
