Field Technician/Customer Engineer - ATM, Networking & Cisco Support

About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on, proactive Field Technician with a strong background in ATM support, Cisco networking, and desktop break/fix. You'll join a dynamic team working across financial and retail sites, supporting a range of equipment including Cisco ATT and networking devices, desktops, routers, switches, and EPOS terminals.

Key Responsibilities

Service and maintain ATMs, desktops, servers, EPOS systems, and network hardware

Perform break/fix, modular swaps, and cable installations

Maintain detailed reports and asset records across service calls

Coordinate site preparation, testing, and hardware replacement

Respond to customer queries and resolve/escalate issues as required

Follow all physical and data security protocols

Skills and Experience

• ATM service and Cisco network hardware experience
• Solid desktop support and hardware troubleshooting skills
• CCNA, CCTRS, or CCTDC certification and basic Ciena experience or knowledge
• Understanding of Windows OS and basic networking tools
• A+ Certification or equivalent
• Work flexible hours
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
