The Opportunity:
As a Skilltech Customer Field Officer, you'll be responsible for delivering critical utility notices to residential, commercial, and industrial customers across the Sydney region. Whether it's by hand or letterbox, you'll ensure timely and accurate delivery, record field conditions using handheld technology, and provide courteous customer service throughout your route.
This is an entry-level opportunity, no experience necessary. We'll provide full training, support, and all necessary equipment to help you succeed.
About You:
- A current driver's licence (mandatory)
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable walking long distances and working outdoors in all weather
- Basic tech confidence using handheld devices (training provided)
- A team player with strong communication skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and committed to safety and quality standards
- Willing to complete reference and national police checks as part of the hiring process
