We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Technician to join our dynamic team based in Sydney. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of access equipment across various sites. This role involves traveling to client locations across Sydney, to remote areas of New South Wales and the occasional interstate travel.

Given that the role involves being on the road, the successful candidate can be based anywhere within the Sydney region.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair access equipment, ensuring all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.

Conduct thorough inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with our services.

Maintain accurate records of service activities, including equipment logs and reports.

Collaborate with team members and management to optimize service delivery and improve processes.

Travel as required to support service demands, including overnight stays for remote or interstate assignments.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a field service technician or in a similar role, preferably in the access services industry.

Must hold a current Australian Trade qualification in mechanical / maintenance fields

Experience in Electrical & Hydraulic Fault finding & maintenance

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required.
