MIB Projects is looking for a reliable and experienced Leading Hand / Grader Operator to join our high-performing team working on an FMG site. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and hands-on operating experience to take the next step in their career.

About the Role

FIFO from Perth on a 2:2 roster

Operating grader machinery on an ongoing rail maintenace project

Leading and coordinating a small crew on site

Ensuring all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard

To be successful, you will have:

Grader ticket – essential

HR driver’s licence – essential

Demonstrated crew leading or supervisory experience

Strong safety focus and communication skills

FMG or Tier 1 mining experience (highly desirable)
