About the role

As a fulltime Final Trim Grader Operator at Silverthorne Earthmoving pty ltd' in Newman WA 6751, you will play a crucial role in the company's construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to operate specialised grading equipment with precision and efficiency to prepare construction sites for further development.

What you'll be doing

Operate final trim graders to grade and level construction sites to precise specifications

Ensure the site is prepared to the required standards for the next stage of construction

Conduct pre-start checks and routine maintenance on grading equipment

Collaborate with the broader construction team to coordinate site preparation activities

Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations on the worksite

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Final Trim Grader Operator, ideally in the construction industry

Strong technical skills in operating and maintaining grading equipment

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to precise specifications
