The Leading Hand Industrial Service Operator (Level 4) is to lead field operations in waste management across remote mining and industrial sites in Western Australia. This senior-level position is responsible for supervising crews, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards, and delivering high-quality service outcomes in complex waste management tasks.

To succeed in this role you will require;

• 2+ years experience as an Industrial Service Operator
• HR Drivers' License (MC Licence Highly Favorable)
• Experience in Vacuum Loading
• High Pressure Water Blasting Ticket (within 2 years)
• Controlled Waste License (Essential)
• Vacuum Operations Ticket (Essential)
• EWP Ticket (desirable)
• FMG, BHP & Rio Inducted (desirable)
• FIFO
