JB Contracting is a rapidly growing contractor to the Mining and Civil Earthworks Industry across the goldfields of WA and the Pilbara. 2025 shapes to be a big year with multiple new contracts coming online.

We are now seeking experienced Grader operators with demonstrable Civil, Final Trim, GPS, and can operate to design, ideally with Multi Combination Truck license.

Candidates will preferably have plant tickets/licenses to support their demonstration of competency in the above equipment, but those candidates with extensive experience operating the above equipment with who are prepared to undergo certification processes are also encouraged to apply.

Applicants who possess multiple plant machinery skills and/or HC/MC Truck license (Road Ranger Gear Box Experience) will be viewed favorably.

The successful candidate(s) will be well organised self starters with strong interpersonal communication skills and an aptitude to learn. You will need to demonstrate a “can do” attitude and be able to pass and maintain Pre Employment Medical checks and Drug and Alcohol tests.

Key Skills and experience include:

1. Rights to work in Australia
2. National Police Clearance (mandatory)
3. Able to pass Drug and Alcohol tests on an ongoing basis.
4. Minimum HR drivers license (MC preferred)
5. Proven and demonstrable plant operations experience.
6. WA Based employees preferred.
7. Technological aptitude to use online platforms - Coreplan, JESI, Peopletray, MX3, Alcolizer is desirable

A flexible FIFO roster is offered ex Perth, ideally as a 2:1.
