As a WA-owned and operated design & construction business, AUSPAN delivers large-scale industrial, agricultural and mining projects across the state. With strong project demand ahead, we’re looking for a capable Operator who’s just as passionate about doing the work as they are about building capability in others.

About the role:

Operating a range of machinery, including excavators, skid steer and other plant equipment

Supervising and supporting a small crew to meet deadlines and quality standards

Coordinating with project managers and subcontractors to keep everything running smoothly

Maintaining machinery and ensuring safe work practices on-site

What You’ll Bring

Strong experience in civil earthworks and machine operation

Confident leading small crews and mentoring junior team members

Clear communicator with a calm, “get it done” approach

A high standard of safety awareness and accountability

HR licence, tickets and relevant VOCs (advantageous)
