We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in this varied and dynamic role.

Key responsibilities and duties:

Manage sales administration and CRM accuracy

Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and deal statuses in the CRM system

Update deal stages and pipeline data daily to ensure up-to-date reporting

Extract and prepare weekly sales performance and activity reports from CRM for the Sales Director to review

Identify gaps or inconsistencies in CRM data and follow up with sales team members to resolve them

Coordinate sales meetings and communication

Provide operational support and team rhythm

Prepare draft proposals, presentation decks, and any other documentation in collaboration with sales leads

Format and proofread sales materials to ensure professionalism and consistency

Manage document templates and version control across all sales-related documentation

Provide a weekly update to management outlining team progress, bottlenecks, and wins

Manage sales events and campaign logistics

Skills and experience:

3 + years' experience in a similar role

Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or equivalent

Experience in CRM management - Zoho preferable

Excellent organisational and time management skills

High proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent attention to detail with high level of accuracy
