The receptionist serves as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment, managing front desk operations, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and direct visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Manage appointment scheduling
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

Provide basic information to clients and staff as needed.
Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking.

Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanour
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred
