About the role

Hyperbaric O2 Gold Coast is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a casual rate Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Hours are 9.30 - 5.30 on a Monday, 9-5 on a Wednesday and 9.30/10.00am - 3.30pm mostly on a Friday but may finish earlier. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service at the front desk, managing incoming calls and enquiries, and supporting the overall administrative operations of our clinic located in Worongary, Queensland.

What you'll be doing

Greeting and welcoming clients in a warm and courteous manner

Answering and directing incoming phone calls

Scheduling appointments and managing the clinic's calendar

Maintaining patient records and updating the database

Assisting with general office administration tasks as required

Providing a high level of customer service to ensure a positive client experience

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a customer service role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational and time management abilities

Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software

A friendly, professional and helpful attitude

The ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
