Senior .NET Developer –

We're working with a leading QLD Government department seeking a Senior .NET Developer to support a major program of integration and application uplift. This is a long-term contract within a well-established digital team delivering enterprise-grade systems across a modern Microsoft stack.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using C#, .NET Core, and Angular
• Build and maintain APIs and web services across both on-prem and Azure environments
• Provide technical oversight, ensure alignment to architecture standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Experience:

• 7+ years' .NET development experience in enterprise environments
• Advanced skills in .NET 4.5+, .NET Core, C#, MVC, EF, SQL Server (2012–2022), T-SQL
• Strong integration experience using APIs and web services
• Experience across Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern DevOps pipelines
• Proven ability to work across multiple concurrent delivery initiatives
• Previous experience in government or complex ICT environments preferred

Tech Environment:

• C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, EF, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, jQuery
• SQL Server, MS Reporting Services, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, SharePoint
