About the Role

We are seeking two Senior .NET Developers for a contract up to 30 June 2026, to work on enhancing and maintaining existing .NET applications. These applications are integral to supporting HR operations and include features such as workforce management, planning, and reporting.

As a Senior .NET Developer, you will:

Undertake software development and maintenance activities for the MyHR applications.

Deliver business-driven enhancements to MyHR Home, an Angular and .NET-based application supporting HR functions and reporting.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain components of the MyHR applications.

Implement enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.

Work collaboratively with the team to meet project goals and deadlines.

Required Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Strong experience with front-end technologies, including Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, and NPM.

Expertise in C#, MVC, ASP.NET, Microsoft .NET Framework, and .NET Core.

Proficiency in SQL Server (2016/2022) and T-SQL.

Familiarity with development tools such as Azure DevOps.

Demonstrated ability to quickly upskill and support existing applications.

Desirable Experience

Previous experience working within a Queensland Government environment or knowledge of government development practices.

Experience supporting large enterprise Human Resource systems.

Work Arrangements

Standard business hours: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Flexible work-from-home (WFH) arrangements may be negotiated upon commencement.
