We are looking to hire 2 accountants for our different offices. 1 accountant need for Hallam, Melbourne and 1 accountant for Clyde North, Melbourne .

We are looking for a motivated Accountant to join our expanding team.

Develop and implement budgetary, accounting, and reporting policies

Prepare and examine financial statements for clients, management, and statutory bodies.

Conduct financial investigations and audits, and prepare comprehensive reports.

Provide accurate assurance on financial reports and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.

Provide financial and taxation planning advice, including business structuring.

Prepare and lodge tax returns for individuals, businesses, and trusts.

Communicating with financial institutions and brokers to arrange and manage funding solutions

Support clients in the selection and implementation of computer-based accounting systems.

Manage and oversee fund operations and monitor financial performance.

May review cash flow and analyse financial risks in capital investment decisions

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 1+ years of relevant experience in public practice or corporate accounting

Relevant qualification in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field study must be preferred.

Proficiency in accounting software.

Interpersonal Skills, Candidate must have

Strong communication skills and able to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial clients.

High attention to detail ensuring accuracy and reliability in reporting.

Analytical thinking capable of identifying financial trends and offering solutions.
