Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and examine financial statements, group consolidations, and reports in accordance with Australian Accounting Standards.

· Maintain general ledgers, reconcile accounts, complete weekly payroll, and ensure timely month-end and year-end reporting.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management across multiple business units.

· Monitor financial transactions to ensure accuracy, transparency, and alignment with company policy.

· Support regulatory compliance including BAS, PAYG, superannuation, and other statutory obligations.

· Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies as required.

· Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support commercial decisions across the group.

· Implement and improve internal financial controls, systems, and procedures.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring strong technical expertise, professional discipline, and a proactive, solutions-driven approach.

Essential Criteria

· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting (accredited by CA or CPA);

· Minimum of three (3) years of relevant work experience supporting multi-entity organisations or group structures.

· Sound knowledge of Australian accounting principles and taxation laws.

· Proficiency in Xero.

· High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

· Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines across different business streams.
