As the Social Media and Community Manager at Nomad the Label, you will fully own our brand’s presence across all social platforms. You’ll bring your expertise and passion for social media to craft and execute a dynamic strategy that drives content, community engagement, and influencer partnerships with creativity, agility, and a sharp commercial focus. With complete responsibility for our organic social channels, you’ll grow our audience, deepen brand love, and turn online engagement into real-world action. As the voice of Nomad the Label, you’ll champion our community, celebrate our brand values, and ensure we remain at the forefront of an ever-evolving digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
Lead the development and execution of Nomad the Label’s global organic social media strategy across all platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube. Ensure alignment with brand identity and commercial objectives. Drive audience growth, maintain content excellence to enable our vision to be world-class.
Community Management
Serve as the brand’s voice online, fostering meaningful and authentic engagement with followers and customers. Manage interactions to uphold brand integrity while designing and implementing initiatives that transform audiences into loyal brand advocates. Manage our Facebook group to nurture our most engaged followers.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Leverage data-driven insights to track and analyse key social performance metrics, refining strategies to maximise engagement and outcomes. Benchmark results against industry standards and collaborate closely with the performance marketing team to ensure a cohesive and impactful social presence.
Influencer & Ambassador Partnerships
Develop and manage influencer and brand ambassador programs, from initial sourcing and negotiation to campaign execution and ROI analysis. Cultivate authentic, long-term relationships with influencers and advocates globally to amplify Nomad the Label’s reach and resonance.
Experience / Technical Requirements
5+ years of experience in social media and digital marketing, ideally within premium fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
Proven track record of growing and managing major social media platforms with measurable impact on brand engagement and conversion.
Expertise in developing and executing organic social strategies, including content planning, campaign management, and community building.
Proficiency in social analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Dash Hudson, Later) and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies that drive growth.
Exceptional writing, storytelling, and community engagement skills, with a keen understanding of brand voice and audience connection.
