We are seeking an experienced Dynamics CRM (CE) Functional Consultant to drive business requirements analysis, and oversee the delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE) solutions for enterprise and government clients.

This role is to be based in Brisbane QLD, and you will be working closely with business users and stakeholders to understand their requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements.
• Create Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria as needed.
• Conduct Fit/Gap analysis to identify and address gaps in business requirements.
• Develop wireframes, process flows/maps, and system design presentations.
• Create functional solution designs to meet business, interface, and performance needs.
• Configure Dynamics 365 CRM to align with specific business requirements.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations, end-user, and administrator training sessions.
• Review functional test cases against acceptance criteria.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout all project phases.
• Effectively manage project risks and issues, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM / CE implementations.
• Proficiency in creating process flows using tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of the Dynamics 365 security model.
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM configurations.
• Experience in delivering user training and showcasing solutions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure DevOps.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach to engagement.

Salary Package: $150K-$160K Base Salary + Superannuation.
