Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Dynamics 365 Service Delivery Lead. The Service Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing end-to-end Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and delivering high-quality services. Daily tasks include people management of two pod leaders, project planning, stakeholder communication, resource allocation, risk management, and performance tracking.

You will ensure the team hits their delivery targets and is appropriately scheduled, alongside managing projects and resource scheduling. You will have the opportunity to create a standard of leadership and project management across the organisation. When managing projects, you will ensure business requirements are appropriately specified for our desired outcome and delivered and tested within our project schedule and to a high standard. Key Responsibilities:

Project Management and Administration

• Understand the current landscape of project management at Centauri

• Achieve a billable utilisation target for client-facing project management work

• Assist in defining a project management standard of excellence for agile and waterfall projects at Centauri

• Manage stakeholders internally and externally to ensure adherence across the business to our project management process

• Ensure the project management process is supported by appropriate technology platforms within the business

• Be the SME for Agile project management methodologies in the business

• Create and own artefacts to deliver projects to a repeatable high standard across the business

• Be the end-to-end project manager for Dynamics 365 implementations, participating in standups

• When managing projects, lead the team in defining requirements, workload tracking and prioritisation, and user acceptance testing

• Documentation of agile project plans, with a strong emphasis on accurate and thorough reporting and utilisation forecasting, utilising appropriate technology platforms

• Work with key stakeholders to define and validate business requirements for projects

• Oversee resource scheduling to prioritise and manage deliverable timelines withthe delivery team and project management team

• Coordinate user acceptance testing tasks, resolution, and/or escalation of issues impacting testing progress.

• Perform administrative tasks related to Project Management, including but not limited to Project Reporting, Project Invoicing and timeslip hygiene

Leadership

• Direct accountability for two pod leaders, ensuring their utilisation targets and personal/professional goals are tracked and on target.

• Ensure the Centauri people management framework is implemented for direct reports, including but not limited to regular 1:1’s and performance reviews

• Be the voice of your team when bringing feedback from your team to the leadership team

• Participate and contribute value to the leadership team by participating in Leadership Level 10 meetings and Quarterly / Annual planning days (including interstate travel where required)

• Take ownership and responsibility for reporting leadership metrics for Level 10 and Quarterly meetings for items and rocks related to the delivery function

• Contribute to the overall growth of Centauri by taking responsibility for the achievement of assigned company rocks

Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in project managing CRM deployments or a similar role.

• Proven experience / relevant certifications in agile project management methodologies

• Experience tracking and maintaining agile projects

• Experience in the following platforms would be viewed favourably:

o Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, Service & Marketing

o Microsoft Business Applications (Power Automate / Power Apps)

o Integration testing from CRM to other systems (e.g., Oracle)

• Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities.

• Experience leading a team of consultants

• Experience in leadership in an organisation of a similar size to Centauri

• Proven communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.

• Excellent attention to detail and process-driven

• Ability to form and articulate a strong point of view on our Delivery function as part of the leadership team

• Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.

• Able to work individually, influence others, and collaborate as part of a project team.

• Open to learning through sharing ideas, information, and solutions with the team as well as own research.
