The ideal Dynamics 365 / Microsoft Business Applications - Technical Head/Manager candidate will need to have the requisite skills, experience and qualities to enable them to perform a role where you will be :

... focused on delivering business value by architecting effective Solutions across Dynamics 365 / Microsoft Business Applications, and a broader suite of Applications, that align with business problems, needs and opportunities, identify gaps and propose solutions in a manner consistent with strategic and business goals while working in consultation with business stakeholders.

The core things we'll need to see (amongst many other things) include -

• Expert-level Microsoft Business Applications / Dynamics 365 CE-focused technical and solution design experience and knowledge
• Unquestionable Leadership skills and experience
• The ability to engage with and manage senior stakeholders across diverse business portfolios.
• The ability to work with various Managerial streams and provide accurate information that will enable strong delivery.
• You will ideally come from a software development or and/or consultancy background with an appreciation of technology and architectural practices.
• 10+ years of enterprise-level applications experience
