THE ROLE

As a Senior Technical Consultant (Autodesk Construction Cloud), you will lead the implementation and adoption of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) solutions across real-world construction projects. You'll combine technical expertise with client-facing delivery to design digital workflows, deliver training, and drive project success through tailored, future-forward solutions.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Leading solution planning and workflow design aligned with industry best practices

Scoping, documenting, and managing multiple client implementations

Delivering training (onsite/virtual), webinars, and consultations

Providing post-implementation support to maintain high client satisfaction

Collaborating with sales and technical teams from pre-sales to delivery

Representing ARKANCE at industry events and conferences

Acting as a subject matter expert in ACC and integrated construction technologies

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a proactive, client-focused professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

Minimum 5 years' experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) or BIM 360 across active projects

Proven success in end-to-end digital construction solution implementation

Strong experience delivering user training and stakeholder engagement

Excellent project management skills, managing multiple concurrent projects

Deep technical knowledge of ACC modules: Docs, Build, Takeoff, Collaborate

Familiarity with construction management, site coordination and digital workflows

Ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

A tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering (preferred)

Autodesk certifications or ISO 19650 knowledge (well regarded)

Australian working rights and willingness to travel interstate as needed
