Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Developer

Location: Flexible (Hybrid - 2 days in the office per week)

Join a forward-thinking digital team driving enterprise-level transformation. We're on the hunt for a talented and experienced D365 CE Developer to take the lead in building scalable, secure, and innovative solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.

About the Role

You'll be working across the full SDLC - from design and development to deployment and support - delivering critical business solutions that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership and stakeholder collaboration, ensuring best-practice implementations that align with our strategic goals.

What You'll Do

Design, build, and deploy custom solutions in D365 CE and Power Platform

Collaborate with business analysts and architects to align technical solutions with business needs

Mentor developers and support code quality via peer reviews and training

Drive CI/CD best practices using Azure DevOps

Lead technical delivery, ensuring secure coding standards and DevOps governance

Support production environments and manage enhancements to reduce business disruption

Actively contribute to Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 7-10+ years in software development
• 3+ years hands-on with D365 CE and Power Platform
• Strong skills in .NET C#, Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure DevOps
• Experience with modern integration methods (REST, JSON, XSLT, Azure Functions, API Management)
• Comfortable with secure coding, BDD/TDD, and Agile methodologies
• A collaborative problem-solver with excellent communication and leadership skills

Nice to Have

Experience with enterprise-scale production systems and regulatory environments

Familiarity with Financial products and services
