What You'll Do:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our training and assessment team as an Educator - Trainer & Assessor.

This casual position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering Nationally Recognised Training of the highest standard across our qualifications, units of competency, and skill sets within our current scope of registration.

The Educator Trainer and Assessor will:

• Supervise and complete workplace observations in both simulated and real-world environments for students enrolled in the Certificate III in Individual Support (CHC33015), Certificate IV in Ageing Support (CHC43015), and the Administer & Monitor Medications unit (HLTHPS007).
• Deliver dynamic, engaging, and interactive training sessions via Zoom to diverse adult learners.
• Bring course materials to life with creativity and energy, inspiring learners to thrive.
• Solve challenges and think on your feet to create seamless learning experiences.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and contribute fresh ideas to improve our programs.

About You:

You excel in clinical leadership and thrive when engaging with learners from diverse backgrounds and capabilities. With a commitment to excellence, you’re ready to demonstrate practical skills for learners new to the industry. Here’s what sets you apart:

• Strong clinical leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate.
• A willingness to travel and the ability to provide your own transport.
• Extensive aged care experience, complemented by the confidence to demonstrate practical skills.
• Current registration with AHPRA, with at least a qualification as an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse (Registered Nurses are also encouraged to apply).
• Proven experience in delivering exceptional training in an online environment.
• Legendary Zoom sessions known for their interactivity and learner engagement.
• A natural ability to problem-solve, adapt, and innovate to meet diverse learning needs.
• A passion for empowering others and fostering a love for lifelong learning.

You will also need to hold a current Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and an industry qualification relevant to the courses delivered.

Ideally, you will also bring:

• A healthcare background with a minimum of five (5) years of experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Aged, Community, and Disability services.
• Expertise as a proficient trainer and assessor in adult learning and assessment.
• Up-to-date industry knowledge and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships and influence outcomes.
