Civil Project Manager – Land Development

Location: Melbourne, VIC

Salary: Up to $130k inclusive

We’re looking for a motivated and capable Civil Project Manager with land development experience to join a respected engineering consultancy in Melbourne.

In this role, you’ll bring your knowledge of civil construction and infrastructure projects to a team that values initiative, collaboration, and a great culture.

What’s needed:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in land development or civil construction - in the Australian market
• A basic understanding of civil design principles
• A related degree (Civil Engineering preferred)
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
• Great communication skills and a genuine team mindset
• You are engaged with the industry (events, networking, etc.)
