Drive strategic growth through proactive engagement and the development of long-term partnerships

Cultivate and manage a robust sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying high-value opportunities for complex injection moulding systems and integrated solutions.

Strategically engage with multiple stakeholders within target organisations (engineering, procurement, operations, executive leadership) to understand their needs and challenges.

Conduct in-depth needs analysis and present tailored value propositions that align with the customer's strategic objectives.

Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and solution development through negotiation and contract finalisation.

Navigate intricate technical and commercial discussions, effectively communicating the features and benefits of sophisticated equipment and processes.

Contribute to the overall strategic sales planning and market intelligence gathering.

Collaborate closely with internal technical and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

I want to talk to you if you have:

Previous experience selling capital equipment/capital equipment solutions into the FMCG, Production, Manufacturing or Industrial sectors (THIS IS ESSENTIAL)

Capital equipment can be CNC machines, packaging equipment, printing presses, food processing equipment

OR if you have sold extruders, blow moulding machines, thermoforming machines, granulators, or material handling systems for plastics that would be highly valuable!

OR selling raw plastic materials (resins, additives), tooling (moulds), or automation solutions (robots, conveyors) to plastic manufacturers

Previous experience in complex B2B sales

You have a solution/consultative sales approach

Proven success in engaging and building rapport with multiple stakeholders across various departments and levels within client organisations.

A proactive approach to identifying, qualifying, and diligently managing a robust sales pipeline, with accurate forecasting and reporting skills

Existing connections within the plastics manufacturing industry in Sydney or Australia would be a significant advantage!

Salary:

$120k - $140k + Super + Company Car (Or Car Allowance) + Commissions
